The portfolio’s diverse professional tenants included NASA and contractors for NASA, such as Lockheed-Martin, Boeing, and governmental agencies such as OSHA. He also provided Landlord and Tenant Representation for the leasing of the portfolio’s office space. Since 2010, he has represented tenants in commercial lease negotiations for Class-A office space in the San Francisco bay area of California. He is a national lecturer for local REALTOR® Associations on the subject of real estate investment, real property finance: principles & applications, and commercial lease negotiations and contributed as a lecturer for the University of Tennessee’s Professional Development Program.
